MORIAH™ Inclusive Social Groups
Matching peer mentors with children (having varying special needs) to communicate and model typical age appropriate and respectful behavior (see our Courtesy Code) with their peers in a fun structured environment.
Phoenix-based social programs are delivered, independent of diagnosis, while many children have Autism, Cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and a variety of other exceptionalities.
MORIAH™ Outreach & Inclusion Methodology™ (OIM)
A research based analytical approach for a) educating the community to respect individual uniqueness, specifically associated with special needs; and b) assisting organizations, including but not limited to camps, sports leagues, and businesses, with the creation of inclusive programs that bridge the divide between typical and children with special needs.
Peer Advisory Board
MORIAH's Peer Advisory Board provides a wonderful opportunity to utilize the experience and knowhow of kind hearted peer mentor volunteers.
- High school and college students from around the Phoenix-metro area help to develop training curriculum, program leadership and volunteer recruiting.
